A1: Generally very quick, we can accompany you to Department of Land to guide you through the process, and your title deed will be kept at the Department of Land office during the loan.

A2: Generally 12 months is granted, and can be considered to renew for another 12 months.

A3: If the remaining mortgage is not too much, say about 25% of the property market value, we can take over the mortgage and increase your loan.
